Thanks for responding. Go ahead and perform a
hard reset and power cycle of your console. Hold down the power button on the console for
about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 5 minutes. Then re-connect and turn on the Xbox. Once the Xbox is back on, try to make the purchase again. And again, like I mentioned above,
it'd be best to contact Customer Support so that they can look into your billing account and see what might be causing that issue.

I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your billing account and see what might be causing that issue.
