I can't buy black ops 1 on xbox one

Me and my friend are buying call of duty black ops to play as fun because it is on sale, but whenever i go to buy it,, after i press confirm it says "sorry, your purchase cannot be completed at this time. please try again." Does anyone know why? Its really
frustrating me and i really want to buy the game so can someone help out?

Call of duty currently not available

I can't play black ops 1 on the Xbox one console i get a message saying call of duty eject the disc,then try again make sure you're using an Xbox one game, a music CD, or a movie on blue ray or DVD.(0x80820002)

When i try and buy it from the Xbox store it says Call of Duty Black ops is currently not available.

Is there something i'm missing or is it simply black ops isn't compatible with Xbox one yet?

 

Black Ops 1 issues

I go to buy black ops 1 on xbox one store and it says "At the moment this cant be bought on Xbox One"

 

What is the payment method you are trying to use? Remember that you can only use currency in your account on 360 games if you are buying on a 360 console. Otherwise you will have to use a payment method listed on the account.

Also if you are using a child account you will be prevented from purchasing from the 360 marketplace.

I am using paypal, is that a problem?

 

Paypal should still work. Are you using a child account?

 

What is a child account and how to you check if you are using one?

 

Is the birthdate listed on the account under the age of 18?
