I can’t buy anything on the store but I pay every month for the game pass automatically, and I want know why can’t I buy anything And how could it be solved ..! And I don’t want to reset my payment because if I do maybe i can’t pay for the game pass anymore

If you are trying to buy via store on xbox there have been a lot of service issues over last few days.

I believe these are mostly resolved now so you can try again, 1st hold in power button until xbox powers down, disconnect power for a few minutes, then reboot.

Alternatively you can try the app and purchase that way or as other suggest via pc.

Try to make the purchase from the xbox store via a pc and if you still have issues change the browser you were using.
