Discus and support I can’t buy anything in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I cant buy anything in games its not the passkey thats disabled but when i go to buy something it wont even show for say, vbucks or anything they arent...     I cant buy anything in games its not the passkey thats disabled but when i go to buy something it wont even show for say, vbucks or anything they arent even an option to buy them. Any help is wanted thanks

    Are you getting any sort of error code when trying to purchase?

    If you are trying to buy via store on xbox there have been a lot of service issues over last few days.

    I believe these are mostly resolved now so you can try again, 1st hold in power button until xbox powers down, disconnect power for a few minutes, then reboot.

    Alternatively you can try the app and purchase that way or as other suggest via pc.

    Try to make the purchase from the xbox store via a pc and if you still have issues change the browser you were using.
