I Cant buy anything through my account. Why is my buying blocked?

Hi i have for a very long time tried to fix my account block. I talked with support on chat and on the phone. Some time ago i tried to buy Terraria for my windows phone and i typed the wrong password to many times. Since then i havnt been able to buy anything
on xbox or my phone throug my account. Can anyone tell me how long this block is gonna last? Or can i please be unblocked? I can still play my games through my account just cant buy anything. Ive tried with different credit cards so there is nothing wrong
with my cards.

Please dont tell me that i have to take it up in the account ban forum because ive allready tried there and they sait that that forum is for active bans, and that i should take it up in the billing support or forum.

I can't purchase anything

Whenever I try and use my card or paypal account to buy anything I get a message that the transaction wont go through. I have money on the card and there are no age restrictions. why cant I purchase points?

Plastic - I redeemed the codes online through the MS store (while logged into my account) and they went into a NEW US account, as you're suggesting... I just want to confirm, basically, that anything that I buy in the US store will still be accessible to me when I switch back to a CDN account.... is that your experience? everything you buy is available to you in either / both accounts when you're set to either US / CAN / AUS? Thanks!!

 

You would need to contact support again
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us as they are the only ones with access to your billing info.

No one on the forums can help with billing issues i'm afraid.

Account bans forum is useless. I have asked for specifics regarding my sons activity leading to a ban just under two weeks ago. I have only received a generic rehashed response stating the same useless info from an email Pitiful and disgraceful that
you allow your colleagues at Microsoft to act in such an unprofessional and inappropriate manner. Still waiting for SPECIFICS on NavyAnes. Please do the right thing and ask your colleagues to actually help a father find out how to prevent his straight A
kid from being an innocent and ignorant victim of this enforcement team power tripping nightmare.
