I can't buy anything on the Xbox store!

Iv tried several times to buy games on the Xbox store and it keeps saying to contact Microsoft support and to try again iv tried hard resetting it several times and deleting my card number and putting it back on but nothing seems to work help??

Intente pero me dijeron que eran de Windows and Office y que no podían hacer nada. Me pasaron uno supuestamente para Xbox pero no funcionó y resulte aquí.

recently i moved to another country and i put 60 euro's on my account ( in that other country ) but now i cannot buy anything in the store.
