I cant buy anything on the marketplace and i’ve done everything you told me to do online...

I’ve done everything everyone has told me to do for my account. I also put my account on another xbox to see if it would change anything and nothing works. Not sure what type of glitch is going on. I can talk in party chat and team chat but still cant
message. I tried checking my reputatiok but it keeps telling me that it cant send messages to the numbers i give.

I’ve done that before but I’m always told that they don’t do refunds personally and that I have to go to the website even though I’ve told them I’ve done that.

Ok I’m trying one more time. The status of my pc and network has not changed. Thr xbox support member said everything was fine for me and didn’t know why. I checked it not to long ago. I’ve done everything you’ve told me to do already
