    im trying to buy GoW 4 and i have most of the money with microsoft gift cards but when i try to pay the rest with my debit card a messege appears and says "your transaction can´t be completed" why is that?

    I Cant buy anything through my account. Why is my buying blocked?

    Hi i have for a very long time tried to fix my account block. I talked with support on chat and on the phone. Some time ago i tried to buy Terraria for my windows phone and i typed the wrong password to many times. Since then i havnt been able to buy anything
    on xbox or my phone throug my account. Can anyone tell me how long this block is gonna last? Or can i please be unblocked? I can still play my games through my account just cant buy anything. Ive tried with different credit cards so there is nothing wrong
    with my cards.

    My Gamer tag is Jazzgen.

    Please dont tell me that i have to take it up in the account ban forum because ive allready tried there and they sait that that forum is for active bans, and that i should take it up in the billing support or forum.

    Can't authorize the selected payment option?

    Ive tried different credit cards.

    I cant check my billing on xbox, because of the security system that makes you wait 1 month to update your e-mail settings.

    Ive checked both credit cards online, and they both lose 5 kroner (1 USD) each time I try to buy the game.

    Ive tried to buy different things, they all got the same error message.

    How do I fix this? I got told I had to wait 48 hours and it would work again (Support said its because I tried to buy with a credit/debit card that was expired and xbox "blocked" me from buying anything in 48 hours)

    48 hours has gone, and its still like this.

    Problem with credit card

    Error......Cardholder name doesnt match the info on the card.....

    The only problem is with Microsoft....I have no problem with the card on other sites for sale or purchase....why only on Microsoft...or if you can tell me if there is any other solution how to buy a game pass or anything from the Microsoft store, I will gladly listen to your advice... greetings

    Yes i tried and all the information is correct i checked them. I saw so many other people in Turkey cant buy anything from microsoft store because of this problem.
