i can't buy anything from the xbox store for no apparent reason.

yes i did and it said all services were working but i did manage to speak to someone using the xbox support live chat and they said there is a problem with some people buying from the store and that their engineers were working on it.

they should have put up a service alert on the xbox live status website.

Have you checked status of live dear sir. Yesterday was an issue with that service.

This is odd. Please check
account.microsoft.com to make sure the currency is all there. If you are trying to buy the item while on the Xbox and cannot do it then please try purchasing from
xbox.com.

Also, you say you have 27p and added £30. Not knowing a lot about UK currency I'm not sure what that should come out to.

@Onix Is Here, i checked my account on the xbox and pc and it says i have £30.27 on both, it also shows up in my purchase history. i also tried the link you gave but it just takes me to a virtual assistant which didn't help at all either.

@AFatBlackChick1, hi bella, i tried restarting the xbox and turning it off/on, the money shows up on my account but still doesn't show up on the purchase page.
