    I can’t buy anything from the store on my Xbox


    I can’t buy or download anything literally anytime I click on a game or app or even gold I get nothing like no buy or sign up the information card doesn’t even show it just plays the preview of the game or app and that’s it nothing else shows. Also sometimes
    my Xbox freezes up and I’ll have to in plug it and plug it back in. Is my Xbox like dying

    The first thing you need to do is a hard reset. Turn the power off nd unplug the power for 10 -20 secs before restarting. Give that a try first and let us now if you still are having an issue

    Nice to meet you! I'm Darhyl, a fellow gamer. I'm sorry you are experiencing this. I am here to help. If I may ask, have you tried using a different payment method to purchase the in-game currency?

    If not, kindly try to as part of the troubleshooting steps by signing up your account on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > payment option and from there you can add your new payment card.

    Use the payment method to purchase and if it doesn't work, try a different browser and different devices.

    Please take your time and let me know if it works.
