i can't buy anything from the store (i already talked with support chat and twitter)

Hi i have a serious problem with my billing information, on my xbox one everything is fine, but in the xbox 360 store (web or in the console) or even when i try to get a game from the official rc list, i get an error about my billing information, something
like:

we cannot recover your billing information, please try again later

i talked with support chat and twitter support about this, and they tell me that maybe the internal billing information of my account is unrelated (between one and 360) and i must add a post here so i can get in touch with a moderator to investigate this

recently i moved to another country and i put 60 euro's on my account ( in that other country ) but now i cannot buy anything in the store.

After no solution via chat support and twitter support, talked again with them via phone and they tell me to post in this forums, no words from support here? This is sad...very sad.

 

Whoever told you to post here was wrong to do so.

Moderators are just regular gamers who police the forums.

You will need to contact support again
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us as they are the only ones with access to your billing info & can help with billing issues.

No one on the forums has access to your billing info so we can't check anything.
