    Hola, mi duda es que no puedo comprar ningun juego de retro compatibilidad desde mi xbox one, me sale el mensaje que no dispongo de un medio de pago y que tengo que agregar una tarjeta de credito, pero la tengo agregada

    Purchasing DLC from XBox.com instead from the console itself

    On my XBox 360 I could purchase any game and DLC directly from XBox.com and it would appear in my download-queue on my console.

    Is it still possible to purchase DLC for XBox One games from this website or do I have to purchase them from the console itself? I can purchase whole XBox One games from XBox.com, but I can't find any option to buy DLC...

    If you have any payment options showing up on your
    Commerce page    , then you will need to
    contact us     via phone or chat for more assistance with ensuring the card is showing up on our end.

    However, if it's not showing up there, you may need to add the card on an Xbox 360 instead of the website or Xbox One console. If you haven't tried adding it on the website, you can do that via the link I provided above.

    your payment option must match the region if your account so if you have a us acount but have a Japanese payment option it wont work

    Some of Xbox 360 Games are compatible with xbox one, but not purchasable

    the same account works for both Xbox One and Xbox 360 you shouldn't have any problem buying the game try to buy it from the xbox One and if you can't then try to buy it from the xbox website
