    I cant buy any backwards compatible game on my xbox one or on the xbox store on my pc.


    Every time i try to buy and xbox backwards compatible game i get an error that says Server Error in '/' Application.

    How can i get past this? It shows up on my xbox and on the website. I have bought a backwards compatible game before so it should work. I can still buy normal xbox one games also.

    Thanks for your answer. So if I buy the game I can download it on my Xbox One despite I can't find it on Xbox One store? I think if the game is backward compatible it would also be available in the Xbox One store. Or am I wrong?

    This is actually something that I had encountered myself. The fix for me was to re-download my Xbox 360 profile on my Xbox one console

    To do this, you need to start an Xbox 360 game on your Xbox one console and then push start and select at the same time; then go to storage, delete your profile and finally re-download it

    Let us know if this helps in any way

    There is not a One version of the game, but the 360 version is backwards compatible so it will play on the One.
