    Hello when i try to get a 1.25 $ gift card they tell me there is a problem in my account or my order i have 1600 points please tell me what i should do ??

    I just use my reward points and buy a 1 month gold remember shift and a gift card 1.25 online they said they sent it to my email but they didn't they told me they sent a reedom code to my phone for my gold and my gift card but I have not got it.

    i bought the 25 pound reward card for 1000 gems and i tried to buy 25 pound xbox credit from amazon and from microsoft store and it gets declined now balance says 23.61 and cant even but a 20 pound gift card either case number 1417711363

    I used my Microsoft reward points to get a $1.25 card on my xbox and never got the money

    With the Microsoft rewards program, $1.25 is the lowest amount you can redeem. It's not an actual gift card.
