I am trying to buy Syberia. But I can't. And there is no explanation.

you can purchase left 4 dead 2 by purchasing it through a Xbox 360 or by purchasing it though the website.

I am trying to purchace Left 4 Dead 2 but when I look at it on the store it only comes up as "Left 4 Dead 2 is not currently available." with the game hub option below. What do I have to do in order to purchase this game?

Purchasing errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at http://billing.microsoft.com and also check

http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to purchase anything.

After that try purchase the content on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode Also check that the Xbox Live account , the console etc. all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.
