    I can't apply for a review on my recent communication suspension


    I was recently suspended from communications on Xbox involving auto correct on my phone, I called someone a wussy for running away from me in a game and my phone auto corrected this to pussy which I did not notice this until I had sent the message.

    I have been trying for 2 days to get a review as I feel this is an unfair suspension but have been unsuccessful on multiple devices after a conversation with live chat they advised me to post my issue here so the situation could be reviewed. Any assistance
    with matter would be greatly appreciated.

    Can't apply case for review.

    I've gone to tech support about this twice, and after they told me three nights ago that they had their engineers working on this, it still doesn't work. I have a seven day communications suspension that I wish to apply for review, however when I go to my
    enforcement history and press "Apply for Review" it does nothing. It doesn't open the questionnaire or anything; I've tried three browsers, Chrome, Firefox and Edge, as well as my phone. The "Apply for Review" button is just orange, functionless text. I've
    gone through the guide on submitting a case review and it just tells me to click "Apply for Review" which quite obviously does not work.

    First I get suspended for reacting to a repeated teamkiller. Now I can't submit it for a review. This is ridiculous.

    You might be able to apply for a case review on the
    Enforcement website
    , but unfortunately there's nothing we on the forums can do about communication suspensions.

    Firstly if the enforcement action was for one day then this will not be eligible foe a case review. However if you have already requested a case review through the
    Xbox Enforcement web site and the enforcement action and this has been upheld by the enforcement team the I don't think there is anything further that can be done about it.

    Communication suspensions has nothing to do with gameplay

    It's the way you communicate on live

    You can apply for a case review at enforcement.xbox.com
    But I was banned for something, that i can't do cause i can't messaging and speaking, so how can i threat someone :) That's the point

    I'd like to keep this thread alive. I received an Xbox live suspension on 12/30/15. I'm looking at it in my Enforcement and Activity History, but the "Apply for Review" link does not work. The text is there, but the link is not live. Why can I not apply
    for a review of this suspension? This is completely unfair -- I don't know what I did that required a suspension, and I can't get any information about it because the review channel is closed to me. Can a forum moderator PLEASE respond to me, and at least
    tell me who to turn to next? Thanks.

    Hello Mrs Svyable,

    Sorry for the issue with a suspension. In normal cases a case review can be filed to appeal the suspension. However with one day suspensions the case review doesn't apply. Due to by the time they get to the review the ban will be over. As posted you can
    go to the Enforcement website and review all the pages there. You can check your email, for reason why. It will say something like communication ban, multiplayer ban. If communication then most likely a message was sent and got reported.
