    I've been trying to apply for a case review on my account for 3 days now and have been getting no help from the support people I talk to and none of them know what's wrong either. I click on apply for review, agree to the terms and it just sends me back
    to the home page. There's no error code, I've tried different browsers, different devices, and one support person I was talking to decided to get smart and tell me to restart my pc. This is ridiculous that I can't get rid of a false claim that isn't letting
    me use my Xbox

    Can't apply for a case review

    Hey there Cryo -

    When you check your reputation on the
    Xbox Live Enforcement
    site, what is the end date on your suspension? If it's a 24 hour suspension, those are not eligible for case reviews and will roll off automatically. We are unable to assist or speculate with any actions taken by the Enforcement team.

    Xbox Enforcement website
    , which you have likely visited by now.

    If a case review option is not available for you, then there is unfortunately nothing else that can be done about your suspension.

    The forums and customer support are unable to help you, as neither outlet have access to Enforcement records.

    Wow okay, that's interesting about a year ago I was playing with a random guy that kept bragging about his underage stash in game chat (Whether or not he was lying & trolling, I am unsure) and I messaged him to stop telling me about it and that he was
    sick and needed help. I reported him never got an update, then within a few days I got a ban for sending that message to that guy. Even though in that message I stated that he is the one talking about it. That message was much clearer then this current one
    since it stated what he had and what he was doing. That's why I assumed it was an algorithm since the key words in that message I used were "child porn" and "your sick and need help". Is there anyway to contact the enforcement team to ask them to update or
    double check their current investigation guidelines/techniques for future cases?

    If you recently received an Xbox Live Enforcement action on your account regarding Game DVR content, you would have received an email on your Microsoft account attached to your Gamertag.

    Thank you for your response!!! I will keep that in mind down the road, so basically the Algorythm saw that and just assumed. Doesn't that seem flawed then?
