    Just a friendly reminder though that for enforcement actions there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the enforcement team. You may need to sign in to https://enforecement.xbox.com and if you’re not able to see an option to file a case review it means you’re not eligible to file one.

    Pretty awful the no access to the enforcment team unless you appeal is a pretty bad choice but atleast I'm apparently not the only one getting banned for no reason
