I can't add xbox live gold on MS page.

Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that the Xbox Live account, the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
http://support.xbox.com/contact-us they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

You can't add an Xbox Live Gold trial if you already have an Xbox Live Gold subscription

I tried the offline system update but it still didn't work. And I wanna to add that before that error message there will always come a page that offers me xbox live gold and xbox game pass. But fortnite should be able to play without xbox live gold right?

You are totally WRONG.

The gamertag is region locked only for game add-ons.

I make a chat with Microsoft usa(Central of Ms support) and they answer to my that i can add any xbox live gold card to any of your gamertag if you are at the country the xbox live gold card you buy.

For example if my gamertag is at Greece and i travel with my console at for example Brazil, i can add to my Greek gamertag-account the brazilian xbox live gold card code.

Is totally fine based these the Ms usa support tallied me at chat support i make before some minutes.

So thanks for your time but your answer is wrong.

Unfortunately it is intended that Trials do not stack
with existing memberships. It's also mentioned on the support page Xbox Live Gold trial memberships

Notes

• The Xbox Live Gold trial membership is associated with a single gamertag.
• You can't add an Xbox Live Gold trial membership to an existing membership.
  
• Only three trial accounts are available per console. This limitation cannot be reset.
  
• After a user has created three trial accounts on their console, the user no longer receives a message that provides the opportunity to create an Xbox Live Gold trial account.
  
• To sign up for the Xbox Live Gold trial membership, you must add a payment method to your account.
  

This also works in a vice versa way meaning that if you have a trial membership it will be lost if you purchase a gold membership
