    I can't add someone as a friend


    I've been having a problem recently on Xbox. I friended someone on Xbox months ago. Just yesterday, I didn't see him on my friends list anymore. So, I tried to friend him again, but it said "Can't save changes. Try again in a while". Then
    I tried to friend him again today, but it gave me the same alert. For some reason, I can't add this specific person on my account. I can add everybody else as a friend though. This problem needs to be fixed immediately.

    Notifications when someone adds me as a friend?

    I just purchased an Xbox One and I noticed that when someone adds me as a friend, I don't get a notification. Is there anything I can do to where I can get those notifications? I went to "settings" and couldn't find anything.

    Whenever I add a certain friend, it doesn't allow me to add him, and when I'm in a party with him, I can't hear him and he can't hear me, but someone else in the party can hear both of us. How do I make it to where I can hear him again and be able to add
    him as a friend?

    It's currently a known issue that's being worked on. You'll want to keep an eye on the status alert to see when it should be working again.

    When I tried doing it through the website it said the same thing, same thing with the app. So I tried the whole remove account/power cycle thing and the same thing is happening still.
