    I cant add a new account on my xbox it just loads for 5 seconds and then disapears i have had this issue for 6 days after i changed my password i reebooted the xbox and reseted it nothing works

    Try to make a hard reset by holding down the power button until the system shuts down.

    Then unplug the power cable from the outlet for 30 seconds and plug it back in and power on the console that might help.

    Further to the previous replies, I think we'll need more information to assist any more. Can you access a different account to the one you are trying to add? Do you have an internet connection? Is there an error, and if so what is it?
