    Hi, I can't add my payment details. keeps ion asking me for my postal code. We live in SA so my code is 4275. no letters. What can I do as I want yo add my creditcard details to buy games.....

    New Shopto Layout, Adding Paypal.

    So Im trying to add paypal details to my shopto account , and I can't log onto their forums , I was wandering If anyone knew how to add paypal to their account as I can't pre-order Unless I Add Payment, THanks

    Are you trying to add your payment information on a console? Could you please try to add your payment information on Microsoft's billing site here: Billing
    (Please use the same Microsoft Account you use for your console/Xbox Profile).

    Let us know if it worked i can't add my payment details :)

    Can't purchase xbox360 games due to wrong region on account, although it's set correctly

    Thanks for suggestion, but when I'm trying to add new payment method it's asking to fill in billing details first, where UK is set as a country and dropdown is disabled, so can't add Spanish card.

    WTF??? Can't purchase ANYTHING from xbox live?

    Ive tried both system and computer... several times....

    I get the message....

    Can't authorise the selected payment option. Please select a different payment option or add a new one.

    I have done the above message several times. New credit card etc, etc... Oh and all my details are correct.
