I can't add my friend who I deleted on xbox 360

Mister Beep, I have explained all the problems I currently have and what I have tried in this thread and the others and this thread has long died out. So please stop locking up my new threads. I marked this answered because no one could personally do anything
so I made the new threads so that I can discuss the problems and see if other people post saying they have the problem.

Ok so you say 'the proper teams are actively looking into this' and then you say 'so we can bubble this information up to the proper teams'. You just contradicted yourself. If they actually cared and were looking into it then why would it need to be bubbled
up? Also, I have said this multiple times before and I will say it again; nothing I tried works.

 

Sorry for the confusion. When mentioning 'bubble this information up to the proper teams', I was primarily speaking about the specific information I have gathered from you.

And anyway, why do you need to 'bubble up more information'. The forums are filled with people who have this problem. Yet nothing is done. You carry on treating people like they are individual cases. Surely after the fifth time you ask someone to do some
troubleshooting for the EXACT same problem they have as the next person in the same week you would think 'hang on, something must be wrong on our end' but no.

 

Oh my god!!! Have you figured out a solution to this problem? I am having the same exact issue as you and your friend are. I did the same thing you did by deleting one of my other friends and trying to send them another friend request and that didn't go
through either, however, I have no issue adding a random person I just met. Like you said, I only have this issue with people I have had on my friends list and played with for a while (one was like 8 years and the other about 5 or 6). Please tell me you have
an answer because nothing I have tried worked. I was talking with Xbox Support for like 2 hours yesterday and nothing they told me helped.

 

Hello there GoldGlov3, Xbox support have a specific set of troubleshooting questions that they must ask at all times which is why a lot of the time they don't work. I have ran a lot of tests and experimented with this bug to see what would happen in each
case but unfortunately I have not found a way around. While I couldn't find answer to fix it, I could answer a lot of questions about this.

 

***, oh well. I guess I'll just give it time. The xbox support person said she opened up a file that she would send to her supervisor and I should get an email in the next 24 hours so hopefully they might be able to help in some way, other than that I'm
not sure. Let me know if you get it fixed some how.

Hello Mister Beep. My friend who I deleted was able to add me back today, however the problem where it states you have a full friends list when you don't still exists. I also haven't tried deleting and re adding anybody recently so I wouldn't know if this
would work for all my friends. So the problem has not been resolved.
