I can't add my friend to my xbox live

I can´t add the gamertag "lenoassis" to my friends, even not inviting him to play a game with me. I send him a invitation but he doesn't receive and when he invites me, i don't receive either. What´s happening? Anyone help me?

Can't Add Friends

I can't seem to add friends to my xbox live account. It states It says Sorry, we can't save your changes right now. Try again in a while. Yes I have hard reset my xbox multiple times, and it still does this.

 

New to Xbox LIVE. Need some friends?

Just to remember. We text to each other normally, even by the console or the xbox app. And He has the xbox one e I the 360.

At my app I see him as my friend. But in my social page in Xbox console, I don´t have him as a friend. At my console's friend page he is like "request pending". And when I visit her profile I can´t invite him to play a game.

 

Hmmm okay. When I check your friend's
Xbox.com profile, I can see that he added you as well.

Can you friend access his account on Xbox.com by any chance? If so, both of you should each sign into your accounts and try adding each other that way. That's often a work around if adding someone on the console doesn't work appropriately.

We did. Now we are friends, but we cant't invite each other inside Farcry4 to play cooperative... :/

 

Hooray for new friends!

The reason you can't invite each other to play cooperatively in Far Cry 4 is because the game does not support cross generational play. It is not possible to play with someone on Xbox One if you are on Xbox 360 for that game.
