I can't add my debit card

Every time i try, it tells me to contact my bank and to add another form of payment, already contacted my bank, reseted the card, and it still doesn't work, what can i do?

Thanks for confirming. Since it cannot be added to another Microsoft account, the issue here must be on your card - possible that it's not supported in Microsoft/Xbox or the issue is within your bank. Try to contact your bank regarding this matter.

On the other hand, if you have a different card or even a prepaid credit card, you may try to add it on your account.

PC Gamepass is supported at my country and PayPal is not supported for Indonesia. I already try to my other account but still have the same issue. Everything is already correct but they still not accept my debit card.

You might try contacting support directly to see if they can provide and additional details. Use this
LINK. Some banks don't allow those types of purchase when using one of their cards.

This is most likely not the best platform to be asking about payment details (or issue with it) as its just community based, the better way is to go through support directly that way your info will be more secure and you will have direct support.
