I can't add my account back!!!

I was getting error code 0x80a4001a. The suggestion I received was remove my account and then add it back.I remove the account and was attempting to add it back but everytime I put in my username and password the system kept telling me that that user
is here already (another user on this device usea this Microsoft account, so you cant add it here). Can someone please assist with fixing this issue.

Thanks for coming to the Xbox forums. We recommend first going to settings>account>remove account and see if you see the account there. If it isn't try a

power cycle on the console. Once its back on then try and add the account. If still unable we recommend a

soft factory reset.

Are you able to log into your account on PC or mobile just to be sure that the password is correct and you're able to log in elsewhere? Do you have 2 step verification on?

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

I did so and I still can't add my account... It's just loading and takes me back it's not giving me further options to add in my details
