    I can't add friend


    I have been friends with this account since December/January and now it's saying that we aren't friends and when I try to add him it says "Sorry, we can't save your changes right now". The guy said he hasn't deleted me or anything like that. Neither of us
    deleted each other it just kind of happened?!? Help!

    I can add friends but when I do they don't show up on the friend list and i have to keep re adding

    Are you seeing the same issue on the console, app, and
    website?

    Let's try
    removing your profile     from the console and then
    power cycle     the console to be sure everything is good.

    Post back and let us know how that goes!

    When I tried doing it through the website it said the same thing, same thing with the app. So I tried the whole remove account/power cycle thing and the same thing is happening still.

    Hello there!

    In your case, you need first to confirm that your account is not a child's account, that needs a parent to be managing the settings. If it has a date birth that is under 18 years old, you will first need to be added to a Microsoft family with an adult account that will be able to change your settings for you.

    Manage Xbox online safety and privacy settings | Xbox Support

    Try also to change browsers and devices if all the above information is set up correctly.
