    I can't add credit card.


    So today my dad said I could order Fifa 15 from the Xbox Store. We tried to add credit card, but the screen read "It is a temporary issue, please try again" and we've tried like a hundred times. Anyone have any idea why it won't work?

    I can't add my credit card

    I can't add my credit card and will prompt "Check the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card." But I can try to add it with another account.

    I also tried to change other credit cards, but the same is not possible.

    I can't add credit card.

    Have your dad head to commerce.microsoft.com to see if he can add the card from there. If that doesn't work you can always try creating a paypal account and adding it.

    Oh, and 1more thing, is it possible to add new credit card in Microsoft Billing and Account Managment page? If it so how? I could try to add my credit card there, meybe it would work. If no, is there a way how to cofigure removed credit card? On that page
    my credit card is in (removed) option, meybe its that problem, you can't add same credit card anymore once deleted? Thanks.

    Problem adding nephew to Xbox Live Family Gold.

    And I should add he has his own credit card linked to the account, you can't be a "kid" and have a credit card so it's not that either.

    Wont Accept Credit Card

    Try waiting a couple days than add a credit card again if you try to many times Microsoft locks up that you can't add credit cards for spam an other reasons. Thanks

    Is your account from the same Region where you currently live?

    Have you tried to make the purchase using a computer and a console? Does the error occur in both hardware?
