    I cant add a new account XBOX ONE


    Everytime I try to add a new account it just doesnt load it keeps buffering and buffering and goes back and never asks me for my email or password. I removed all of my previous accounts to add a new one but it still does the same thing and it doesnt let
    me log in.

    I have resetted the console but it still shows the same thing. I had to delete all my games and all my saved data but it still doesnt work. I've been trying to do this for the past few hours and it's been such a hassle. Yes I'm connected to the internet
    on a high speed network using an ethernet cable.

    Please I need this fixed as soon as possible.

    i have 14 days free membership due to my new x box one s. The free games for xbox one i could add for free without problems. Only this game i cant add to my account.

    Hi

    I suggest that you do a Clear MAC from the settings; by going to:

    Settings => General => Network settings => Advanced Settings=> Alternate MAC address => Clear=> Restart .

    Hope it helps.
