    I bought some cards for my son from a CVS in Jacksonville Florida while on vacation and now that I've returned to my country it's saying it can't activate until I contact the merchant since I can't find the receipt.

    Can anyone help on this matter? Or give me a number that I can call.

    To answer your question about contacting the merchant.

    If you bought it at a CVS pharmacy you would need to contact CVS.

    Another thing that I noticed you said in your post is that you were on vacation in Jacksonville FL when you bought it and now have returned to your "country" the thing is this Xbox gift cards are only good for the country and currency that they are purchased
    in. So even if the card was activated if you do not live in the U.S. then you would not be able to use it.
