    In my Account -> Payment and billing the XBOX LIVE GOLD subscription the status is ACTIVE as you can see above and the expires date is 5/25/2015 but when I sign in from my XBOX CONSOLE I'm not Gold. Can anybody help me with this ?

    I try to reddem code but i can't do it.

    I have the same problem as you in France. Just now i can't activate my 12M xbox live gold

    Free subscription to xbox live gold

    Under my subcriptions,there is a free (i think) subscription that says "xbox live gold subscription to...". It is in grey,so i can't activate it. How can i activate it?

    Hi there,

    there currently is a known service issue regarding xbox live subscriptions etc:
    support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

    My advise is to check things again when this issue has been resolved, if the issue is still present after it, it may be best to contact Xbox Support

    If you have a active Xbox Live Gold subscription, you can't activate a Xbox Live Gold Trial. You will need wait your subsctiption end to activate trial.

    But what is the use of a xbox live gold trial if you can't play online?

    On my xbox 360 i had activated several xbox live gold trials. I played online with these for sure.
