I can't activate my key

I bought a 3 Months xbox live gold prepaid card from G2A.com,When i received the key i just try to put it in the section "Reedem code" on the microsoft account.When i click Reedem it says me: Something doesn't work,please try again later.

I bought the Xbox. EA Access:12 months, but when entering the activation key the message "activation key error" "unknown error". I checked the key using the account of my friend, the key works. I bought a new key but it is also not activated. Why can't I
activate the key ?

The code you receive from Mojang will be kept on your account, in case you’re unable to redeem it straight away, or in case you have problems trying to redeem it in Microsoft Store.

If you receive a message stating that your code has already been redeemed:

• Check any other accounts you use on your Windows 10 device, and see if they have the option to install Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition.
• If that account can install the game, you’ll need to use that account to play your free copy of Minecraft.
