    i can't activate my codes of geras of wars 1 and 3


    hello from peru. I bought gears of wars 4 two weeks ago with its corresponding gears of war 1, 2, 3 and judgement codes. When I began download these games, only the gears 2 and judgement were downloaded. For gears 1 and 3 appeared a message that said to
    wait and try to download again. I repeat it without results, always appears the same message.

    Gears of War 4 legacy rewards - don't receive the gears 2 and gears judgment

    in the promotion, said that I will receive 4 geras from xbox 360. cuz the promotion is all the geras collection form xbox 360

    I only received the gears 1 and 3. I don't receive the gears 2 and gears judgment. so I want the codes of the two missing games.

    Still have not got my gears of war 4 beta code an im a day one geras of war ue player its not far because i have friend's that just got UE 3 months ago an have there codes.. Have dose this make any sense

    Rougly 2 hours google search solved all of these problems. Name is not "????" anymore and games are activated as well. Thx for the help! Thread can be closed.
    How Did you manage to resolve the ???? name problem, and how did you activated your product? I have the same problem.

    Thx for your reply. If i could use xbox chat service i would have done it a long time ago. The problem is i am not able to use ever the support chat or the call back service. The reason why i am not able to use them is this:

    Thn i sign in my name looks like this and i can't change it. Changing name inside of my MS account doesn't help ever. If i try to proceed like this anyway this error appears:

    I am locked out from editing these question marks and my MS account has my real name written there. So how or where am i supposed to enter a valid name?

    Regarding the Xbox Live Service... Considering the fact that i have been trying to activate these 2 games for a whole week the status of the Xbox Live Service is not the problem here.

    I hope you can help to resolve these problems. :/
