    I'm having the same issues with a 25 code redemption card and emailed code from Microsoft. I have tried on both the xbox and xbox.com. I receive the same error code sequence. The xbox support dept. hasn't figured it out yet and my live expires soon, this
    weekend. It's been about a month now since I began in my inquiry with them. Any resolutions?

    The xbox support said to let it expire. I did. Then I tried it the next day with all the codes, and voila... All set. So, let it expire, then redeem. Thanks xbox support.

    Had same issues as well on console, trying to activate new 12 month card and getting status code 80070057. Went on xbox live account on computer, entered code and worked like a charm.
