I cant accses/update my xbox with the new released update.

I can't update my xbox with the recently new which was released for the preview members. I'm aware that my friends that are preview members already have this but i do not. I have had a disscusion with the microsoft support team about this the have suggested
to get in touch with the preview team.

I cant update my xbox to the newest dashboard. how can i update it to the newest dashboard via USB?
