    I brought 12 months membership and it will expire in october 2017, but xbox says that I don't have memberships. I don't know what to do I brought another membership and it still not work. Please help.

    Having problem with pre-paid gold card

    Also having problems. I have 12 month Xbox live gold showing in subscription but can't access games with gold..

    You need a full gold membership in order to access games with gold.

    You can't do it with xbox live trials.

    When you try to access Games with Gold, make sure you're using the gamertag that has the Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. If you redeemed a promotional Xbox Live Gold token as part of
    your subscription, you won't be eligible for Games with Gold. If you used a prepaid code to sign up for Xbox Live Gold, make sure it was successfully redeemed.

    If you live in one of the countries or regions listed above under "Offer and eligibility" and still can't access Games with Gold, contact Xbox Support.
