I cant access xbox account settings

Whenever I try to access the account settings in xbox.com it always redirects me to a support page about how a parent can change the privacy settings and other settings of their childs account. http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/security/error-child-trying-to-access-settings
the link even says error-child-trying-to-access-settings but I HAVE NO ACCOUNTS ASSOCIATED OR CONNECTED TO THIS ACCOUNT IN ANY WAY. I am 15
and really tired of this. If you tell me that Im a child and "I shouldnt access 18+ content" then I can tell you that I ONLY WANT TO ACCESS FORZA HORIZON 3 CONTENT AND IT IN NO WAY HAS MATURE CONTENT IN IT.

Anyone got a solution?

I believe for this to work when he signed into his console he would have to make your account the primary account on the Xbox. Just like game sharing. As long as he leave sit as the primary he should have access to it under his account. You just cant set your account to your primary account on your own Xbox.
