I can´t access to my profile in Xbox One S

Hi;

Yestersday when I turn on the console, show me a message that say " we have problems to log in, try again" and show me the next code: 0x8019901f4. Searching in this forum I found that a possible solution was to delete my profile, and I did it.

But now, I can´t add/access to my profile, when select this option, the console is stucked in the loading screen, and after a few minutes returns to the principal main.

Please help me.

I´m not part of the insider program.

I share you the next images.

First I try to add a user, and select this option.

After that, the xbox is stucked on this step

Then returns to the first picture, don´t show any message or code.

Do you use the Xbox android/ os app? Or xbox.com?

Make sure you can recover your profile as most info will be stored on the cloud linked to your account.

This issue could mean you need a new update. Try this following step to clear your cache.

If problem persist i would recommend someones previous step about factory reset (minus deleting games and save data). Please keep us informed of any further help you may need.

Can you log in normally with your account at xbox.com? If yes try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account. Otherwise check the service status
in your area.

Finally I can to access. I do the factory reset, keeping all my games & apps.
