    I can't access to my Minecraft account


    I recently bought Minecraft bedrock in the playstore, since I bought it I can't access to my Minecraft account, when I try to log in I put my username and password normally, then I don't see the "welcome back" that normally should appear, i just get redirected to Minecraft and my account didn't open

    How can I fix this problem?

    (Srry for my bad English im still learning)

    Got it! Have you tried reinstalling the game? You can also check your phone, open the Settings app. Tap Privacy. Permission manager. Make sure that Minecraft permission is set to allow.

    If you have added a new alias to your Microsoft account and deleted the old one, you only need to use the new alias on the launcher, try uninstalling the launcher, log out the Xbox app and Microsoft store app, then restart the Pc and log back on both apps before reinstalling the launcher
