    I can’t access to my Microsoft account in my Xbox series X


    Hi, Since yesterday I've been trying to enter my profile linked to my Microsoft account but I can't log in. I enter the password correctly and then it won't let me enter, I get an error and then it just won't let me access my applications, I already tried to restart the console and it doesn't work.

    I attach an image of the error that appears to me since yesterday. I was already very grateful that you can respond and help me with a solution as soon as possible.

    Please follow these steps and see if it will help fix the issue.

    Make sure that Passwordless Account and Two-step verification are not enabled here.

    https://account.live.com/proofs/manage/additional

    Update your password here.

    https://account.live.com/password/Change

    Sign in here using the new password.

    https://www.xbox.com/en-US/

    Then, press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

    Unplug everything from the back of your Xbox.

    Wait 3 minutes, and then plug the power cord and HDMI back in.

    Try to download your account.

    Howdy. No there’s no specific code, just says an error trying to access servers and it can’t reach online. Only works on pop’s account. I’m trying reinstalling the game, as well as deleting and reinstalling my account on the Xbox. I’ll let you know!

    Xbox All Access: Is the Gamepass Ultimate that comes with this purchase tied to the console only?

    Microsoft is saying this is not the case. They are saying it's more of a license tied to a device and not a subscription that is supposed to tie to my account. This is my issue right now, when it came to activating the Gamepass (All-Access) that came with my Series-X it never tied to my account. I have 2 consoles, and I can only play Gamepass on the Series-X.

    How do i use dlc purchased on the mobile app

    It was the Premium Add-Ons Bundle, which is optimized for X/S and I’m using series X. The cars were downloaded, and can be seen in my garage, but when I attempt to use a dlc car I receive a message stating “ you purchased this DLC on a different platform. To access it on this platform, you will need to buy it again.” Considering the fact that I can’t play the game on my phone, I was assuming the purchase would be updated on my account when accessed via console.
