I can´t access to my account and i know my email and password little help please??

i need to change my email on my xbox account because i dont know the password how do i do it ??

Hi

by changing the email this means that you wil create a new account and a new gamertag. you can try to reset the password to create a new password and access to yor account

If you know the email address, you can try sign in on the site xbox.com, and select "Forgot my password" then access the email address that your account is linked to and request for your password to be reset. Hope this helps!

Hey SniperAsassain, When you sign into your account on the xbox there is an email that will pop up via the TOU set up.

Please go to Login.live.com to reset the password to the account that is shown there.

- Click on can't access my account

- Click on I forgot my password.

- Then reset my password.

Then please where it asks for the microsoft account put the email that the xbox is showing.

Then Enter the CAPTCHA

- then you will be given options to reset the password.

- Now if it's trying to send a reset link to an email that was set up wrong. Can you create the email?

If you can create the email then you can recieve the link.

I wish that I could help you on a personal level but these steps 9/10 resolve the issues.

Thank you for the reply. I don’t know my password to my account though and I no longer have access to my email for that account. I tried verifying myself with an alternate email keeps rejecting me. Thanks for the help though I appreciate it
