    I can't access to buy a game in my Xbox, and I can't exchange a code


    The past week i want to buy a game from my xbox, but i can't buy because my xbox doesn't let me. When i found the game i selec buy and nothing happen after that y tried exchange with a code but the bar never open and some time ago, the app close.

    you can purchase left 4 dead 2 by purchasing it through a Xbox 360 or by purchasing it though the website.

    I am trying to purchace Left 4 Dead 2 but when I look at it on the store it only comes up as "Left 4 Dead 2 is not currently available." with the game hub option below. What do I have to do in order to purchase this game?

    Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with purchasing a game. When you try to make a purchase what is the error that you're receiving? Also, have you tried making a purchase here on Xbox.com instead?

    Will they exchange the disc for you? I’d at least try that.
    I can't exchange it because the game worked fine on their console in the store I bought it from when I tried to exchange it. That's what I meant by in my original post when I said I'm stuck with a £50 game that I can't play. It's just odd that my Xbox can
    read all my other discs.

    Fable 2 DLC issues
