I can’t access the Microsoft store or download update for any of my games.

The message are different from

Update can’t be done at the moment.

same here except I can’t access Hot Wheels or Blizzard Mountain. Wasn’t an issue before. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and the expansions but it did not help.
