    Community Ambassador Forum

    i recently became a Community Ambassador and I'm still unable to access the Ambassador forums and although it doesn't really matter the ambassador badge is not showing up yet.

    Cannot access ambassador forums (New Ambassador)

    I'm a new Xbox Ambassador and I cannot access the Ambassador forums, nor do I have an Ambassador badge at this point. When I click the link I'm trying to access, it keeps saying, "Group not found".

    Please help!

    It says the group couldn't be found... Is there any other way to get to the forums?

    No, there is not. If the group can't be found then you are not an Ambassador.

    You'll need to use the link at the very bottom of the site to report it as a bug.

    Please keep in mind Ambassador issues should only be posted in the Ambassador forum (once you have access to it). If you still need further assistance, you can use the Discord server or email Ambassador staff at xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces).

    I'm in the same boat and still don't have my XCL badge despite being XCL level 1 (which means I've been in 2 weeks). I would just give it some time as they have been having troubles with the new XCL site and are still working out the bugs.
