Discus and support I can't access realms plus, marketplace packs in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought Minecraft realms plus, but, can't access the included dlc packs.     I can't access realms plus, marketplace packs


    I bought Minecraft realms plus, but, can't access the included dlc packs. When i click them, it get redirected to the realms plus purchase page.

    I have restarted Minecraft, and the purchase did go through. I bought realms plus yesterday. Yesterday I was able to access some skins from the aquatic life pack but didn't see any mobs from that pack.

    Have you tried restarting minecraft? Perhaps check your xbox purchase history and see if it went through and also your credit card history

    Same thing! And this is recently after I lost my already purchased items and coins! Not at all pleased with this. A week later I'm still waiting on a reply from support re: the lost packs and coins.
