I can't access online capabilities due to error code 0x80bd0006

It would seem that out of the blue I can't go online with my console. Everytime I try to view my account or subscription I can't access anything and I'm given the code 0x80bd0006. I'm inclined to think that my subscription is up, but I'm not sure that makes
sense.

Any help is appreciated.

I can't view my subscriptions from xbox one, I get error code 0x80bd0006

Also if I log on to xbox.com and selects My Account I get an error.

Please FIX this i can't see the games with discounts

 

You are still showing as Gold here in the forums.

Try this and see if it helps. Remove the profile from the console (make sure you have the login credentials so yo can re-download it.

Perform a hard reset on the console. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
Once it is back up and online.

Re-download the profile and test for results.

I just signed out of my profile and signed back in and it worked

 

I had the same problem. As DavyPlayz suggested, signing out of my profile and signing back in solved the problem.

This error code seems to happen whenever you change your microsoft account (same as hotmail or outlook email) password using a computer. If your xbox is on auto or instant sign-in (settings) it will keep you signed in but will not connect to your xbox live
subscription. Signing out from your profile and back in will force the xbox to ask you to re-enter your account password. Enter the new password and it will fix it right away.

This error code seems to happen for 2 possible reasons:

If you don' remember the password when trying to sign back-in:

On a computer,go to https://account.microsoft.com > sign-in (top right corner) > select "I forgot my password" > follow instructions to reset your password > enter new password on your xbox and
all your Live/Gold stuff will reappear instantly.

2. If you are ABSOLUTELY 100% SURE THAT YOU KNOW YOUR MICROSOFT ACCOUNT PASSWORD (test it by trying to log into the account from a computer first at
https://account.microsoft.com) then do the following:

The steps that we are about to perform will refresh your account and your console.

First, remove your profile from the console.

Then press and hold the Xbox logo on front of the console till it turns off.

Then unplug the power supply unit from the wall outlet and wait 30 sec before plug it back.

Once the console is up, re-download your profile.
