    i can't access none of my xbox profiles


    i just cant access, it keeps loading forever and nothing happens, or sometimes it just stop loading but

    doesn't enter in the profile, i try to contact xbox but they just dont answer, its not an internet problem i already tried, 2 days ago was normal and now i dont lnow what to do

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    "1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

    If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

    "Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Reset and keep my games & apps."

    I am having the same exact problem as airliner29 and none of those tricks seem to work. It's at the point that I can't play my xbox cause I can't log in with my profile.

    Why can't I play multiplayer games?

    Those have all been set. As I stated in the original post, I have never changed any settings on my Xbox profile. I've had Xbox for over 10 years, and I've had this email address and account for about 10 years. I have never once changed it settings and I don't understand why I can't access online multiplayer. Yesterday morning I was able to access it, and then last night I got on to switch my payment process and then next thing I know I'm not allowed to access online anymore. None of those settings were ever changed on my account, they are all set to allow me to play online. So I'm still at a loss as to why I can't access online
