    so i cant access my xbox live and i forgt my email and solution to know it from my consol its not applicable

    I cant access xbox live on my xbox one. I am connected to the internet and have done the network connection test which says i am connected but i still cant access xbox live. Has anyone had this problem?
    Sometimes it is a mistake with your ethernet cable to try to disconnect and reconnect, I hope it serves
