I can't access my Xbox Account on the website

When I try to sign in, the sign in button turns to text instead of a button but the My Xbox drop-down menu appears. Then when I click on any option on the My Xbox menu it redirects me to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...ge-childs-xbox-privacy-online-safety-settings.
I try to do what it says but I can't open the xbox settings as it redirects me back to the same page. Also, i'm not even in a family group or whatever it's called. And i can sign in fine on the microsoft website.

You're trying to login onto the website correct? Or xbox itself? If it's the website, maybe try a different browser?

Did you check the Xbox Live Service Status?

I know several days ago, the service status site was reporting that there were sign-in issues, and I couldn't sign in on the Xbox website, but I was able to sign in on the Microsoft website.

Try signing in when xbox.com/status reports that all is well to be sure it's not simply a service status issue.

Their website has even bigger problems.

I bought the game on Amazon. I can't access any of the secure areas of their website without disabling my router firewall which includes the "create account" area. Can't create an account, can't enter key, can't play game. Out 60 bucks.

I'm getting the same issue. It won't let me access xbox live at all, and I keep getting the 8018101E error code whenever I try to do anything with my account. I also can't access the account page on this website, like ShiftyCJ. But the really annoying
part is that xbox says that all of my dlc and game updates have been corrupted, so I can't access almost any of my save files and all of my arcade games are treated like trials. Anyone else getting all of this too?
