    I can't access my Xbox 360 online safety


    I cant access my Xbox 360 online safety when i try to go into Xbox 360 online safety it loads for a while and then shows this message.

    "Sorry, Xbox 360 Online Safety settings is not available at the moment. Refresh the page to try again."

    Hey MemeSter6921! Often times this occurs with child accounts that try to access Xbox 360 online safety. Is your account an adult account? Please note, changing the birth date will not alter the maturity of the account as its based on the original birth
    date entered at the time of account creation. Post back and let us know!
